Metal Gear?
As he is wont to do once per season, Steve has hi-jacked the show again. Last season it was Guns N' Roses' Chinese Democracy, this season it's Metal Gear. But at least he has a point this time: the Metal Gear game series has many ties to the David Bowie universe. From in game plot points, to Hideo Kojimi's very Bowie-esque approach to his art. We dissect David Bowie's third studio album released in 1970 by a track by track discussion and explore Bowie's hard rock wizard sound that lays the foundation he'll later build the house that Ziggy Stardust lives in. Of course, we discuss the resurgance of the title song made famous by Nirvana's unplugged cover.
